Attention to origin and ageing

Behind every dish lies craftsmanship. We deliberately choose beef from female cattle, dry-age it in-house and fry our chips in beef tallow.

Our kitchen works with fresh produce and respects the ingredient: simplicity where possible, finesse where needed. It is that dedication — and a genuine love of good meat — that you taste on the plate.
